DIGITAL PHOTO INVENTORY (DPI)
As soon as we arrive, our team will begin creating a Digital Photo Inventory of all items in your house or office, including cleanable, non-salvageable, and items left on-site. We'll determine which contents to move to our restoration facility for cleaning and which to move to our 24-hour, security-monitored storage.
The Digital Photo Inventory is completed with the property owner's signature, and copies are made available to you and your insurance adjuster to simplify the claims process.
CONTENT RESTORATION FACILITY
Items in need of cleaning or restoration will be taken to our secure contents restoration facility. Depending on the damage event, our technicians will disinfect items subjected to mold or bacteria and clean and neutralize the residual effects of acidic smoke.
Cleaned items are carefully repacked in odor-free packaging and stored until they can be brought back to your property. As soon as building damages have been mitigated, your contents will be returned.
SIMPLIFIED INSURANCE CLAIMS
When you experience loss from a fire or water damage event, there are two sides to the insurance equation: coverage pertaining to damage of the building and coverage for damage to contents and personal items.
At Coventry Services, we work for you with your interests in mind. We are not assigned work by the insurance carriers and we have no obligations to them. Keeping this in mind, we do coordinate with all major insurance carriers to make the claim process as simple as possible for our customers. Our goal is to save you time and money, and we will work within your policy limits to help the claims adjuster decide which items should be cleaned or restored and which items it would be more cost-effective to replace.

Our storage facility has climate-control, fire suppression systems, and 24-hour security surveillance. In addition, we are insured to fully cover all property that we are storing.
Our pack-out services are completely automated, which allows us to easily and accurately track all of your belongings that we move to our storage facility, so they can be easily located and returned to you.
REMODELING PACK-OUT
We also offer pack-out services for your home or business remodel. During your remodeling, we will help pack and move furniture and all other contents to the desired location, whether that's another area on-site or to our storage facility. Once remodeling is complete, we can assist in returning all items to the desired location.
