TERRY CLANCY, PARTNER
Terry has been working in the mitigation industry for over 15 years. He is IICRC certified for Water, Mold, and Fire Damage Restoration and has specialty training in Contents Restoration.
With his expertise in the industry, Terry also specializes in continuing education classes for insurance professionals. He has instructed thousands of individuals (across 40 states) in Property and Casualty Insurance, as well as Corporate Ethics Training. With his ability to infuse humor into his presentations, Terry’s classes are both informative and entertaining.
DOUG STOHLER, PARTNER
Doug has owned several successful local franchises, including Papa John’s Pizza Restaurants and Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning, a carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning company. Doug has been recognized for maintaining well-organized stores, excellent customer service, and fair pricing.
Doug lives in Maryland with his wife, Angela, and their 3 children. In his off-time, he enjoys boating, crabbing, and spending quality time with his friends and family. Doug says having a beautiful family is his favorite success in life.
KEVIN SMITH, PARTNER
Kevin Smith holds certifications for professional and environmental dry cleaning from the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute. He ran a successful family dry cleaning chain of 10 locations for 30 years. Since 2010, he has operated a successful carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning business. He has been awarded the Angie’s List “Super Service Award” for the past 7 years, an award given to the top 2% of service professionals in the country.
DIANE LORENZ, SALES MANAGER
Diane is an experienced Media Consultant with over 20 years of demonstrated history in the marketing industry. She has taken her sales and marketing experience and applied her skills to the mitigation industry.
As the Sales Manager, Diane works with insurance companies and is responsible for increasing the workforce of plumbers to handle floods, fire, smoke, mold damage, and other restoration services.
